Video: Georgia Farm Bureau Transforms Member Experience and Improves Payment Efficiencies

Brian Melle

Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance was created in 1958 by Georgia Farm Bureau, the state’s largest agriculture-based membership organization, whose mission is to advocate for Georgia’s farm families and for a strong agriculture industry. The organization has offices in all but one of Georgia’s 159 counties and has grown over the years to provide home, auto, and life insurance to over 250,000 members across the state.

With its prior billing and payment solution, Georgia Farm Bureau’s members found it hard to pay premiums and internal teams struggled with inefficiencies and a lack of support from the vendor’s team. That’s why Georgia Farm Bureau launched InvoiceCloud’s digital payment and engagement solution in April of 2022, to reimagine its member experience and future-proof the business.

We were lucky enough to sit down with Tony Jackson, Senior Director of Information & Technology for Georgia Farm Bureau, to hear firsthand how InvoiceCloud’s digital solution is already making a transformational impact on their business by.

  • Bolstering member, agent, and employee satisfaction with a modern, user-friendly payment experience
  • Driving all-time high levels of self-service and digital payment adoption to streamline operational efficiencies
  • Significantly decreasing payment-related calls, allowing staff to shift focus to other high-priority projects
  • Granting peace-of-mind with ongoing, dedicated customer support and a secure, double encrypted solution
