Invoice Cloud’s new Outbound Campaign functionality allows your organization to send targeted communications across multiple channels to keep customers updated on important, relevant, and personalized information as they need it.
With Outbound Campaigns, your organization can leverage existing information about your customers (their geographical location, preferred communication channels, the services they receive, etc.) to provide bill reminders and late payment notices, as well as updated hours, shut off notices, policy cancellations, and emergency communications.
