Sean Donnelly
Sean Donnelly serves as General Counsel to InvoiceCloud, having joined the organization in June 2021 as Senior Counsel and then Deputy General Counsel to its parent company, EngageSmart, prior to its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2024. Formerly, Sean served as in-house counsel to Boston-area organizations Forward Financing and The Phia Group. Sean received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. in Political Science with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
