Multiple updates to the Customer Activity Tab in the Biller Portal

Two exciting new enhancements are coming to the Customer Activity tab in the Biller portal! The first update will preserve historical customer activity on an account even if the user unregisters so you will retain access to the account information in the Customer Profile.

Not only is keeping a log of the account activity helpful for record keeping but also for security as it will log who unregistered the account. It is also important to note that even if the only action taken was removing the email address, the activity tab will still show a record of all actions taken by the user, especially those for paperless, autopay, and if specific payment methods are removed.

The second enhancement is focused on keeping a record of the historical email addresses of users. If a user removes their email address from their account or changes it, the account information will still be accessible. A line item in the Customer Activity tab will be added noting the change of address.
