Through this partnership, Harris Local Government now offers Online Invoice Presentment & Payment Services. They deliver replicas of invoices electronically and provide multiple email notifications to end-users, enabling billers to improve collections while decreasing costs when end-users opt in to going paperless. Online payments using e-checks or credit cards are made easy through a biller branded web site and email notifications.
