With a population of over 72 million, Millennials are currently the largest generation in North America. The significant buying power of this generation has compelled many traditional institutions and industries to modernize their insurance practices, and insurance is no exception. To help insurers keep pace with this influential generation, Invoice Cloud conducted an online survey where we asked nearly 2,000 policyholders about their existing and future policy needs, payment preferences, and what they expect from an insurance payment experience.
