Coming Soon: Comprehensive Email History

A new historical view of the email history tab is coming to the Biller Portal to give you a more comprehensive view of emails and notifications sent to customers.

The “Email Notification History” dropdown item in the email history tab will be renamed “Invoice Notification History,” and the late fee notification email will be added to this category. Additional categories will be added to this tab as well, including:

1. Credit/ Debit Card Expiration Notification: This category will contain information such as the account number, recipient email address, card number, and card expiration dates.
2. Account Management Notifications: This category will include email types such as the AutoPay registration completed notification, completed AutoPay with paperless registration, reoccurring scheduled payments, account deactivation, and password reset email.
