Connecting with InvoiceCloud at CS Week 2024

Published 4/4/24

CS Week is a show our team looks forward to every year. The event aims to advance utility customer service through unbiased educational opportunities, forums for networking, and the sharing of innovative best practices that will advance the customer experience. These learning opportunities perfectly align with our mission to provide superb customer experiences for billing and payments professionals.

This year, we’ll be at the Fort Worth, TX event from April 30 until May 2 at Booth #415, and there will be several opportunities to catch our team presenting all over the conference.

To schedule a 1:1 meeting, simply fill out the form and we’ll confirm a mutually convenient time to meet during the conference.

Nick Oettinger from InvoiceCloud will be chatting with Julie Nemitz, the Administrative Manager from Sacramento Suburban Water District, about the successes her team has experienced with the InvoiceCloud solution on May 1 at 10:45 AM CST. It should be a fun, interactive session you won’t want to miss.

Later that day, Matt Pritzel from InvoiceCloud will be presenting with the Controller and Office Manager for the City of Youngstown, OH, Ted Szmaj at 2 PM CST. Matt and Ted will be discussing how utilities can leverage digital payments to prepare for the impact of an industry-wide workforce gap.

We’ll also be present at the ExpoXchange Speaking Session, where Paul Applegate will lead a 20-minute session on May 2 at 1 PM CST about the most critical moment in the customer journey. The ExpoXchange sessions will happen right on the showroom floor, so you can’t miss it.

This is a great opportunity to review your latest payment data results compared to last year with a Customer Success Manager and ask about:

  • 100% Paperless! A one-and-done method for going paperless
  • Adding Online Bank Direct or Automated Pay-by-Phone technology (Interactive Voice Response (IVR))
  • POSPay through new state-of-the-art EMV devices
  • Utilizing the Marketing Resource Center and other ideas to get more customers paying online and enrolled in paperless
