Data Pump Text Pay Enhancements

Announcing a significant improvement to the Data Pump system to better support your Pay by Text operations. Previously, the Data Pump system did not provide information about pay by text enrollment, unenrollment, and phone number changes. This limitation could sometimes lead to inconsistencies between your internal systems and InvoiceCloud’s records for Pay by Text payers.
Now, you have the option to receive Data Pump updates whenever a customer’s pay by text status changes to one of the following:
- Pending Registration: When a customer initiates the Pay by Text enrollment process.
- Enrolled: When a customer has successfully completed the enrollment process.
- Unenrolled: When a customer has opted out of Pay by Text.
- Phone Number Changed: When a customer updates their registered phone number for Pay by Text.
By enabling this new feature, you can:
- Improve data synchronization: Ensure that your internal systems always have the most up-to-date information about your customers’ Pay by Text status.
- Enhance customer service: Quickly address any inquiries or issues related to Pay by Text enrollments, unenrollments, or phone number changes.
- Streamline operations: Automate processes that rely on accurate Pay by Text data.
