Did you know you have access to Support Central?
Last summer we launched Support Central as an enhancement to the Biller Portal, allowing you to access training resources and materials, learn more about the InvoiceCloud platform, and view and create cases.
In Support Central it is easy to locate your cases, as well as articles and files on a given topic without having to call a member of our support team. Watch the video below which demonstrates how quickly and easily you can access reconciliation information in Support Central.
You can access Support Central by clicking on Customer Support under the Support tab in the Biller Portal.
