BREAKING NEWS: Offering PayPal Through Invoice Cloud Gains Momentum

Each day, more Invoice Cloud clients are opting to receive payments through PayPal and a growing number of customers are using PayPal to pay their bills on the Invoice Cloud platform. One of the most exciting measurements of success is that of first-time electronic bill payers. Here are three types of Invoice Cloud clients offering PayPal payment options and the results they are seeing.

  • A large public utility in the mid-west:  41% of PayPal payments were from customers who had not paid electronically previously.
  • A large municipality (tax & utility) in the northeast: 25% of PayPal payments were from customers who had not paid electronically previously.
  • A smaller municipal utility in the south: 11% of PayPal payments were from customers who had not paid electronically previously.

Another important success measurement is the lack of questions from customers. As Phil Stokes, Network Operations Administrator, City of Mishawaka, said during our recent webinar “Invoice Client Shares PayPal Results”, “We haven’t had any complaints. It’s been pretty quiet from our customers, so that always makes us happy, the less calls we get the better.”
