For Optimal Support – Keep InvoiceCloud in the Loop

Making changes or upgrades to your internal billing systems and processes can be a cumbersome, time consuming endeavor for you and your office. There are many aspects to think about and it can be difficult to remember all the internal and external partners that need to be involved and could potentially be impacted.    

InvoiceCloud wants to make sure that any changes or upgrades your office undergoes is seamless, with zero impact to how you collect online payments and presentment bills. When you are considering and planning changes, keep InvoiceCloud in mind! 

To ensure that disruptions in service are prevented, we ask that you to please reach out to Client Services as soon as you are considering changes / upgrades. Depending on the type of change, it may require coding on the InvoiceCloud platform and could take several weeks to complete.  

Here are some examples: 

  • Making changes to your bill/invoice/statement which could impact the image you present online. 
  • Upgrades to your CIS / collection system 
  • Changes to your software provider 
  • Enhancements to your data, like adding a new collection fee. 
  • Changes to banking / depository accounts where online payments are being deposited.
