New Customization Available for AutoPay Reminder Email

Beginning this month, you’ll be able to modify the date of the reminder email that gets sent to your AutoPay customers. As you may recall, customers on AutoPay receive a reminder email three days prior to their payment date letting them know that the funds are about to be deducted (see image below). You now have the ability to select when you want that reminder email to be sent! If you would like the reminder to be sent 5 days prior or even 10 days, you can do that. Or, if you think customers need less time, set the date to 1 or 2 days before. It’s up to you! On the backend, we’ll ensure that no duplicate emails are sent if you select a different day than the three-day default option.
