New Reporting Permissions Available
Published 7/10/24
As a billing administrator, you can now grant user or role permissions to certain types of reports without giving too much access. This enhancement introduces three new reporting permissions that control access to previously existing reports:
- General Reporting (44): Allows access to common reports such as Scheduled Reports, Customer Conveyance Report, Email Change, and more (see chart below for a listing of reports).
- Financial Reporting (42): Provides access to financial reports like Expiring Cards, Daily Payments Received, Monthly Summary, and EFT/ACH Rejects.
- Cloud Store Management (43): Grants access to cloud store management features like Biller Summary, Consumer Summary, Payment Summary, and more (see chart below for a listing of reports).
Users will still have access to the same level of reporting access they currently have.
- All existing users will automatically be granted permission to access the new General Reporting, Financial Reporting, and Cloud Store Management.
- Users with the existing Management Reporting (1) permission will also receive the new Financial Reporting permission.
This enhancement gives you more control over which reports and features your users can access, allowing you to tailor permissions to their specific needs.
