Political Contributions: A New Way to Support Your Cause

Introducing new functionality that allows you to seamlessly integrate political fundraising into your platform, making it easier than ever for supporters to contribute to your cause.  We’re excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Inline Donation feature: the ability to accept political contributions.

How it Works

Our new Political Contribution feature builds upon our existing payment route, offering a familiar and user-friendly experience for both you and your supporters.

• Political contributions are an add-on to our existing payment route and provide compliance with specific regulations.
• Payment Options: Donors can contribute via credit card or ACH. Please note that popular digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo are not currently supported for political contributions.
• Flat-Amount Donations: Political contributions are currently limited to flat dollar amounts, providing a straightforward contribution process.
• Timing: The option to make a political contribution appears after the contributor selects their payment method (credit card or ACH) but before entering payment details. This aligns with the familiar flow of our standard Inline Donation feature.
• One-Time Payments: Political donations are currently available as one-time payments only.
