How to Quickly Unlock User Accounts

Invoice Cloud provides a user management feature in the Biller Portal, which allows users with administrative permissions to manage account access. The Master Account is typically established for this purpose, but permissions can be assigned to managers or team leaders within your organization upon request. User Management allows designated members of your team to add new users, edit existing users and unlock user accounts.

User Management:

In the Biller Portal, go to Settings  > User Management > Users. Click on the View/ Edit User option.

To Unlock a User Account:

Unmark the checkbox for the Locked field and then click Save Changes.
