Service Enhancement >>> Payment Portal Refresh Coming November 28th

Update: The payment portal interface release date has been changed to November 29, 2016.

We are excited to announce that we will be releasing a newly designed payment portal interface to all clients on November 28, 2016. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution enables us to make a smooth rollout of the change without requiring any downtime or upgrades.

The enhanced, simplified portal will have a fresh new look and will make it even easier for your customers to navigate and make payments. A key enhancement is a customer dashboard showing account information at a glance and quick links to menu options. Take a look at the screenshots below.

Note that some clients have been contacted to provide a logo file to incorporate into the new format, which is either simple text or a horizontal logo shape (220w x 40h). If your logo is more of a square, readability may be better in simple text. If you need help to supply your logo, please submit a helpdesk ticket.
