Work Underway on Accessibility Remediation

InvoiceCloud is excited to share some progress on our ongoing efforts to achieve our accessibility goals. Strong accessibility practices improve the user experience for those with disabilities and benefit everyone by creating a more intuitive and efficient product. We began work on our revised Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) from our accessibility partner, LevelAccess.

The revised VPAT highlights that several accessibility concerns have already been addressed. In fact, we’ve rolled out 40 improvements with more planned for official verification by LevelAccess very soon.

Looking ahead, InvoiceCloud is on track to make significant progress on our next VPAT, scheduled for completion next year. Our goal is to move several categories from “partially supports” to “supports,” the highest WCAG compliance rating.

InvoiceCloud is committed to continuous improvement in accessibility; we are working closely with LevelAccess and incorporating user feedback to deliver an even more inclusive and user-friendly platform for everyone.
