CS Week 2024

CS Week 2024 is an eagerly anticipated event for the InvoiceCloud team, serving as a cornerstone for advancing utility customer service. Each year, this conference provides a platform for industry professionals to gather, exchange ideas, and explore innovative practices aimed at enhancing the customer experience. As advocates for exceptional customer service in billing and payments, we always anticipate the wealth of educational opportunities, networking forums, and insightful discussions that CS Week offers.

This year, the conference, along with the InvoiceCloud team, is heading to Fort Worth, TX from April 30 to May 2. During the conference, you can connect with our payments experts at any time by stopping by Booth #415. In addition, we’re excited to invite you to attend one (or all!) of our speaking engagements this year.

Where to Catch InvoiceCloud Speaking at CS Week 2024

One of the standout sessions at this year’s conference will feature Nick Oettinger’s conversation with Julie Nemitz, the Administrative Manager of Sacramento Suburban Water District on May 1st at 10:45 AM CST. This session promises to offer invaluable insights into the district’s successes achieved through the InvoiceCloud solutions.

Sacramento Suburban Water District, committed to delivering high-quality water and superior customer service at the lowest responsible rates, faced significant challenges in adopting a new payment provider. Despite internal resistance and skepticism, InvoiceCloud’s comprehensive support and transparent approach facilitated a smooth transition complete with leadership buy-in.

The result? Not only did the district experience reduced call volumes and streamlined processes, but they also realized significant cost savings.

Later in the day, you’ll have the opportunity to join Matt Pritzel from InvoiceCloud and Ted Szmaj, the Controller and Office Manager for the City of Youngstown, OH, to hear their conversation on how utilities can deal with the looming workforce gap. With talent shortages in the utilities industry due to contributing factors like the Great Resignation and a lack of interest in the industry, utility providers must proactively address these challenges to maintain operational efficiency and service quality. Matt and Ted will discuss how utilities can leverage digital payments to address these industry-wide workforce gaps.

Additionally, Paul Applegate will lead a 20-minute session at the ExpoXchange Speaking Session on May 2 at 1 PM CST, focusing on the critical moments in the customer journey. This session, taking place right on the showroom floor, promises valuable insights into understanding and optimizing customer interactions.

CS Week 2024 offers a unique opportunity for industry professionals to come together, share insights, and explore solutions to common challenges. Between our speaking engagements and Booth #415 on the showroom floor, you’ll have numerous opportunities to chat with our team. We can’t wait to see you there!
