Where to Find the InvoiceCloud Team at HCTC 2024
The Harris Customer Training Conference (HCTC) is an eagerly anticipated event for the InvoiceCloud team. The annual gathering provides three full days of opportunities for Harris customers to increase technical know-how, leverage best practices from industry peers, and learn about additional solution offerings. From Pain Points to Progress
We’re starting off the conference strong with a session on Monday, October 7, at 2:30 p.m. EST in room A602 (Atrium Level). Katie Johnson, VP of Customer Experience, and Stephen Williams, VP of Customer Success & Growth, will be discussing common pain points in utility billing, from walk-ins to shut-offs. We will discuss strategies to enhance payer retention, support non-digital customers, and optimize every customer interaction.
The discussion will also shed light on the rising costs of paper billing and how to switch to eco-friendly, paperless alternatives, including going 100% paperless! Consider this session is your ultimate guide to transforming your utility billing processes and embracing the future of payments.
