By extending an existing InvoiceCloud relationship (California Mutual already used InvoiceCloud for inbound premium payments via SimpleSolve) to outbound disbursements, the carriers was able to eliminate the integration learning curve by building on a proven, trusted platform. California Mutual launched agent commission payments and return premium refunds via digital disbursement in September 2025, and enjoyed a coordinated rollout across California Mutual, InvoiceCloud, and SimpleSolve with California Mutual involved in design decisions from day one.
