The Challenge

New Mexico Mutual’s legacy billing system couldn’t keep pace with the complexity of their policies. When endorsements or audited premiums changed mid-term, scheduled payments broke — triggering cancellations, reinstatements, and a cycle of manual corrections that burdened their billing team. The carrier needed a modern ACH solution with expanded payment options that worked within their Guidewire environment and made paying premium easier for every policyholder.

Our Approach​

After evaluating vendors, New Mexico Mutual selected InvoiceCloud for its modern platform, Guidewire Billing Center integration, and partnership approach from day one of the RFP process. The implementation was completed in six months with minimal disruption to policyholders and delivered digital wallets, pay by text, IVR, credit card, and PayPal, guest checkout and single sign-on for direct website payments (no portal account required), and modern ACH that stays current when policy changes affect premium amounts
