Hi, I'm Cynthia Lina. I'm the Director of Underwriting and Customer Service at Mexico Mutual. My focus is monitoring the operations of our underwriting and our billing department. With our prior legacy system, we chose to build out a schedule pay several years ago. As the modernization of technology occurred, it became cumbersome for our policyholders to continue scheduling ongoing payments, when endorsements or audited premiums would occur on their policies. This created cancellations, reinstatements, and manual processes for our team to have to keep setting up terms or to reschedule those payments to the correct amounts on their billings. So we decided that we wanted to look for a vendor that would offer a true ACH, modernized technology, and additional payment options for our policyholders. We chose Invoice Cloud due to the modern platform. It was simple, less customizable in order to get our policyholders to have the ease of doing their payments for premium. We also had the opportunity to enhance the existing platform with single sign on so that way our policyholders could go to the website and make their payments streamlined and pay as a guest. We also offered digital wallets, multiple payment options, pay by text, IVR, credit card payments, PayPal, things that we were looking for, to keep up with the innovation of technology and make it easy for our policyholders. After we saw the in person demos and Invoice Cloud to see us personally, we knew that Invoice Cloud was going to be a great partnership. We decided that with their approach to their projects and their team, they were going to be something that we could streamline the project, expedite the time for the project, and be able to implement a good product for our policyholders. The implementation with Invoice Cloud was collaborative. We built great relationships with the Invoice Cloud technical team. We were able to implement the project within six months with minimal disruption to our policyholders. Since the implementation within Voice Cloud, we've seen increased adoption from our agency partners and policyholders. We've also seen a reduction in manual processes from our team members regarding cancellations and reinstatements. The partnership with Invoice Cloud started from the very beginning. Invoice Cloud sales team was physically present and consistently engaged during the RFP process. The development and the implementation of the portal was collaborative and their team provided support post go live and ensures a smooth transition. We value the partnership approach Invoice Cloud provided and felt like it aided the success of the project. It didn't feel like the conventional carrier vendor relationship.
