  • Crypto-currency – Offering multiple payment options to your customers is a great way to improve customer experience and with PayPal, customers can pay with Crypto. Contact customer support at helpdesk@invoicecloud.net to add an additional payment option.
  • Biller Portal Search Enhancements – We updated the search functionality, so you no longer need to re-enter your search information when toggling between search results pages.
  • Enhanced Invoice History Reporting – We’ve consolidated invoice information into a single easy-to-read view within the customer profile. This will save you time and effort.
  • Enhanced Pagination – This past summer we enhanced pagination and now you can view more invoices on one page.

We’ve had a lot to celebrate in 2022, and we have even more great enhancements coming up in 2023. Here is a sneak peek at some of the top few.

Consolidated Deposits

Say goodbye to the frustrations of reconciliation! Coming in 2023, InvoiceCloud will be rolling out a major enhancement to its core platform and introducing the ability to combine funds into a single daily deposit into your bank account. No more time spent on researching and matching many deposits with reports in your biller portal. One deposit each day? Doesn’t get any simpler than that! Stay tuned for more information on consolidated deposits!

Point-of-Sale

We are launching a new electronic point-of-sale solution to accept credit card payments. The best-in-class terminals accept EMV chip and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. It is a fully integrated PCI Validated P2PE solution that significantly reduces your PCI scope. More to come on this exciting new product in 2023!

Customer Self-Service Capabilities

In 2023 we are planning to add support for Customer Self-Service capabilities such as automating start & reconnection services for Utilities and Insurance, improving deposit payments, and display of consumption usage. These will help reduce the amount of time that your customers directly contact you or need your manual assistance.

Updates to Online Bank Direct (OBD)

Enhancements to Online Bank Direct (OBD) will be rolled out in 2023. OBD simplifies the process of receiving checks from your customers that use their bank’s bill pay solution. Customer payments are reported the next day and electronically deposited, paper checks are eliminated, and you can spend less time matching payments with open invoices.
