The Marion County Treasurer’s Office selected InvoiceCloud to streamline operations and increase digital self-service with intuitive, modern payment options. Since partnering with InvoiceCloud, Marion County has seen impressive results, including a 66% increase in paperless enrollment and a 50% decrease in walk-in payments.
“Anything that we can do more efficiently benefits all of us,” said Mickey Rogers, Deputy Treasurer of Operations. “We use InvoiceCloud to help us save money, and those savings get passed on to the taxpayer.”
