Whether you’re looking for quick answers or need to submit a support case, our chatbot guides you through the process in a conversational, user-friendly way.
How It Works
- Start from Support Central
Click Submit a Support Case on the homepage. - Describe Your Issue
The chatbot will launch. Just type your question or issue and click Send. - Get Instant Answers
You’ll receive an AI-generated response, complete with source links. - Let Us Know If It Helped
- Click Yes if your issue is resolved—your feedback helps improve future responses.
- Click No if you still need help.
- Need to Submit a Case?
If you clicked No, the chatbot will ask if you’d like to open a case. Click Yes to continue. - Provide Case Details
- Add a subject line and any relevant info (e.g., file names, examples, dates).
- Choose a severity level: Normal, High, or Urgent.
- Upload any supporting files via Upload Files or drag and drop.
- Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation number and an email once your case is submitted. - Track Your Case
Click My Cases anytime in Support Central to check the status.
