Chris Sands

Chief Financial Officer

Chris serves as CFO of InvoiceCloud, where he is responsible for establishing the financial strategy and managing the financial operations of the business. Prior to joining InvoiceCloud, Chris was CFO of IntelyCare, a digital labor platform serving the healthcare industry. Chris joined IntelyCare from accounts payable automation provider MineralTree, where he also served as CFO.

Chris earned a B.S. from Lehigh University with majors in Finance, Accounting, and Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. He is a CPA and CFA charterholder.
