Jessi Marcoff
Jessi serves as Chief People Officer of InvoiceCloud, responsible for leading the overall People Operations strategy. She is focused on cultivating great talent and programs that align to the overall business’s growth and success. Prior to joining InvoiceCloud, Jessi served as Chief People Officer at BentoBox where she played a key role in the acquisition with Fiserv and verticalizing the hospitality and restaurant space. Prior to BentoBox, Jessi spent years focused on a global footprint for Brandwatch and completely transformed the company’s total rewards, compensation, and improved engagement levels across the org. She has experience in areas such as organizational design, people development and change management within the tech space, utilities, and business consulting.
Jessi holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Portland Oregon and enjoys traveling, cooking, and boating with her husband and family.
