Get Up and Running Fast with the InvoiceCloud Biller Portal
Whether you’re a new organization getting started with InvoiceCloud or a new team member learning the platform, our free six-part video series is designed to help you quickly build confidence in the Biller Portal.
The series begins with a guided tour of the portal home page, including navigation, the favorites menu, user settings, and session management, so you can feel comfortable right away.
Helpful videos walk through the day-to-day tasks your team will use most, including how to:
- Search for customer profiles and invoices
- View account history, balances, payment methods, and enrolled services
- Process payments by credit card, debit card, or ACH
- Research past transactions and generate payment reports

The final video introduces the Resource Center — your go-to hub for ongoing learning, support materials, and additional training resources. To access it, select the question mark icon in the lower-right corner of any page within the Biller Portal.
Selecting the icon opens the Resource Center, where you can revisit the quick-start videos, browse Support Central for help articles and tutorials, register for live training sessions, and submit support cases.
