Automated Phone Payment Solution (IVR) Update

Over the next few weeks, InvoiceCloud will be updating the Automated Phone Payment Solution to include a new welcome message. Customers will be informed that by continuing the call, they agree to InvoiceCloud’s terms and conditions. Payers already agree to the Terms & Conditions before completing a transaction online and this update to our Automated Phone Payment system will create a consistent payment experience across all platforms.
