As we continue strengthening security across the InvoiceCloud platform, we’re making a small, behind-the-scenes improvement to how users are identified in the Biller Portal. Establishing a clear, reliable identity for each user helps support stronger protection while preserving the workflows you rely on today. 

To stay ahead of upcoming enhancements, we recommend reviewing your existing Biller Portal users and confirming that each user has a unique email address. Taking this step now helps ensure a smooth experience and avoids validation issues when managing users. 

While security is evolving, the user experience is not. User management workflows remain the same, and no action is required beyond confirming email uniqueness. We’ll be sharing more soon about the security capabilities this groundwork enables—  stay tuned. Confirming unique email addresses now will help ensure a smoother experience with future security enhancements.
