System Enhancements

As part of our ongoing initiative for better system improvements, InvoiceCloud will be completing an upgrade of the database engine for optimal performance and stability. You will not see any physical changes to your system functionality and no action is required as system updates are seamlessly delivered directly to you.

Benefits include:

• Improved encryption with no access to sensitive information- keeping your customer’s information safe every step of the way
• Saving time on development- reducing strain on your teams

This upgrade will be happening over the next couple of weeks and no action is required.

Separately, our team will be making improvements to our failed file detection process. We have put together an automatic system for reporting and acting on failed files. If a file contains invalid formatting, or dates, or is misidentified, our new process will flag these failed files and automatically identify an InvoiceCloud team member to address the issue. This will give us more visibility into these failures and reduce the time and effort to fix them.
