What’s Changing?
Documentation will no longer be available through the Documentation menu in the Biller Portal. All documentation can now be accessed exclusively through Support Central, which you already use for help articles and support resources.
Why This Matters
By consolidating documentation within Support Central, you’ll have a single, reliable location for:
- The most up-to-date documentation and training materials
- Help articles and troubleshooting guidance
- A more streamlined support experience without navigating multiple menus
This change helps ensure you always have access to the latest information.
How to Access Documentation Going Forward
Accessing documentation is quick and easy:
- Open the Resource Center by clicking the Question Mark (?) in the lower right-hand corner of the Biller Portal
- Select “Let’s Go” next to Support Central
- Search for the documentation you need
